Private ambulance services are required to be permitted through the City of Tomball prior to initiating any transfer within the city limits of Tomball. Companies may apply and renew permits by filling out the application below and returning it to the Tomball Fire Marshal for review. Payment must accompany the application. Inspections can be requested once the application is reviewed.

Ambulance Inspections are performed at Fire Station #1 located at 1200 Rudel Dr, Tomball, Tx 77375. Inspections are conducted Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Please fill out the form by 3pm the business day prior to the requested inspection.
