Sergeant Courtnay "Coco" White began his professional journey with the Tomball Police Department in December 2015, assuming the role of Patrol Officer. Throughout his tenure, he has undertaken diverse responsibilities within the patrol division, notably serving in specialized units such as the Gang Unit, Field Training Officer, and School Resource Officer. Recently, his transition from the position of Corporal overseeing the School Resource Officer Division and Community Relations has culminated in his well-deserved promotion to the esteemed rank of Sergeant, with a focus on Community Relations. In this capacity, he directly oversees the Chaplains and Homeless outreach initiatives. 

Prior to his tenure at the Tomball Police Department, Sergeant White contributed his expertise to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. He is an alumnus of Prairie View A&M University, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Currently, he is furthering his academic pursuits by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Texas Southern University. Complementing his academic achievements, Sergeant White holds a Master Peace Officer Certification and a Basic TCOLE Instructor Certification, attesting to his commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development in the realm of law enforcement.
