REQUIREMENTS FOR PREPARING ELECTRONIC PLAN SUBMITTALS
The following page contains information to help you successfully submit Permit Applications. Our goal is to help you get your permit(s) as quickly as possible. Please follow the step-by-step instructions, incomplete applications may result in project delay or rejection.
1. Submit all applications, along with a complete set of plan files and any additional related documents in one Single PDF File.
2. Label the PDF File with the Name or Address of the Project.
3. All resubmitted plans must include a complete resubmittal form and response letter addressing all previous city comments generated by city staff. Resubmittal & Response Forms
4. All Files must be unsecured to allow our plan examiners to apply redline comments and stamps where applicable.
